6. Refund Policy

6.1 Services

Clients may request a refund within 14 days of service purchase if no deliverables have been provided. To request a refund, contact us at +97475388977 or via our contact form. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Services may be rescheduled once at no extra charge if requested at least 48 hours before the appointment. Certain bespoke or expedited reviews are non-refundable; such cases will be clearly identified prior to purchase due to the specialized nature and immediate allocation of resources.

6.2 Information Products

Digital materials are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed. If you encounter technical issues preventing access, contact us within 7 days for assistance. In exceptional cases, we may offer an interaction for a different product of equal value.

6.3 Goods

Physical items may be returned within 30 days of receipt in unused condition. To initiate a return, contact us to obtain a return authorization and ship items to our facility at the address below. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of returned items.
